Eligibility Guidelines
To ensure fairness for all customers and maintain product hygiene, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Returns must include all original packaging, components, and complimentary goodies.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. Size exchanges may be offered subject to availability and approval.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- For missing item claims, we may request an unboxing video for validation.

Damaged/defective/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request
For any return, exchange, or refund request, please submit the form below and our team will review and respond within 24 hours.Requests raised on weekends or public holidays will be taken up on the next working day.

Return Process - Domestic Orders (India)
- Doorstep pickup arranged by our team.
- Shoes must be packed in the full original box with freebies.
- Self-shipping is not required.
However, in certain remote regions, our team might ask you to ship to the nearest serviceable location.
Refund Process
- Refund approval is shared after product inspection.

Refunds will be approved within 48 hours after the order is picked up. However, banks may take an additional 5-7 days to process the refund.
